The whole weekend, all in
Why This Exists
There's something that happens when you put a group of driven, curious, values-grounded young professionals and entrepreneurs in a beautiful place together and give them the space to just be. Walls come down. Conversations go deeper. You walk away with people who actually get it.
That's what Denver Retreat is built for. A long weekend designed not around a packed itinerary, but around the kind of moments that stick with you, the hike where you have the real conversation, the dinner that goes three hours longer than planned, the morning you didn't want to end.
This retreat is open to young professionals and entrepreneurs from across the Ismaili Professional community aged 23–45, rooted in shared values and a desire for authentic connection. Whether you've been looking for your people or just need a reset.
What You'll Walk Away With
Meet people who share your values, your drive, and your sense of humor. The kind of friendships that don't end when the weekend does.
From mountain hikes to late-night conversations, you'll share experiences that become stories you tell for years.
Step away from the routine. Come back recharged, inspired, and with a community that gets what you're building.
The Investment
Your $329 covers every group meal, session, and curated experience on the schedule. A few things are on you — lodging, flights, getting around, and any optional add-ons — all listed below so nothing catches you off guard.

Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). Booking your own flights gives you the flexibility to find the times and fares that work best for you. Plan to arrive by early Friday afternoon so you're settled in before the opening session — or fly in Thursday, July 30 for a relaxed start and a day in the city.
From DEN, grab a rideshare (Uber or Lyft) directly to the hotel where you'll be staying. It's the simplest way to get settled — no transfers, no guesswork, straight from baggage claim to your room.
A hotel block has been arranged for attendees, with booking details shared after registration. The current rate is about $129 per night, and rooms are limited — so book early once you receive the link. You're responsible for booking and paying for your own room. If you'd like to share a room, connect with other attendees through the WhatsApp group once you're added.
All confirmed attendees will be added to the retreat WhatsApp group. This is where you'll receive trip updates, hotel details, the full itinerary, and get to connect with the crew before you even land in Denver. It's also the place to coordinate room sharing with other attendees. We don't do roommate matching ourselves.
Some activities have individual costs beyond the registration fee. We're confirming exact pricing with each vendor, you'll see the full cost before committing to anything. No surprises.
Every attendee receives retreat merch as part of their registration. We're still finalizing the details. Make sure your size is selected during registration so we can order correctly.
Sunday's formal programming wraps up around 12:30 PM, with optional free time in Denver afterward. We recommend booking return flights out of DEN after 3:00 PM on August 2 — the hotel is about 45 minutes from the airport — so you have a comfortable buffer.

We don't coordinate roommate matching directly. The best place to find a roommate is the retreat WhatsApp group. All confirmed attendees are added, and it's easy to connect with others who are also looking to share a room.

Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). It's the main airport serving the Denver metro area and is well-connected to all major cities across North America.
It depends on the day. On Saturday, group transportation to and from the day's activities (Red Rocks, the Georgetown Loop Railroad, and the Rockies game) is included and runs at set times. On Friday and Sunday, and for airport transfers, transportation is not provided — you're responsible for your own rideshares and getting around. Plan on Ubers for anything outside of Saturday's included program.
The hike is very light and beginner friendly, so anyone who is able to walk will be able to take part.
Absolutely! Many attendees come solo and leave with a full crew. The retreat is specifically designed to help you meet new people and build meaningful connections. You won't be alone for long!
Yes. All confirmed attendees will be added to the retreat WhatsApp group. This is where you'll get all trip updates, the event schedule, and connect with the crew before you arrive. It's also the best place to find a roommate if you're looking to share accommodation.
Denver weather in late July/early August is warm during the day (low-to-mid 90s°F) and can cool down at night. If you're hiking Red Rocks, wear comfortable athletic shoes. A light jacket for evenings is recommended. A full packing guide will be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the date.
